AS Roma wanted to boost engagement, incentivise business members to act as ambassadors, and create a seamless digital ecosystem for corporate clients to connect and collaborate.
The foundation was already in place with the existing AS Roma Business Club app, powered by Bundeling, which centralises communication and keeps members informed.
A loyalty mechanism was introduced with m–wise Loyalty Cloud to enhance engagement, reward participation, and strengthen long-term connections.
