With products available at various independent outlets throughout Belgium, Velder sought to identify B2B customers and understand their purchasing habits. Leveraging the power of m-wise Loyalty Cloud, Velder implemented an app-based loyalty strategy to identify customers, analyse their behavior, and enhance retention.

Velder uses m—wise Loyalty Cloud’s popular white-label loyalty app at the heart of its program. The app offers a built-in scanning feature using the device’s camera. Customers simply open the app and scan the QR code on the packaging. Each time they scan a Velder product, they earn points to redeem against rewards. The process is fast, simple and convenient for busy B2B customers.

Customers can choose to redeem their points against an extensive reward assortment, including third-party products like electrical goods, charitable donations and experiential gifts.
