Meet the new AI Assistant in m–wise Loyalty Cloud

The AI Assistant is now part of m–wise Loyalty Cloud. Type what you need in whatever language you like, and get an instant answer from your live loyalty data.

What the AI Assistant can do

  • Find a customer. Search by name, email address or card number and pull up the right record in seconds.
  • Build a segment. Describe the audience you have in mind and the Assistant turns it into segment conditions, ready for you to confirm.
  • Look up a campaign. Find any campaign or reward and get its details without leaving the screen you are on.
  • Ask a how-to question. Get clear steps for any task in Loyalty Cloud, straight from the documentation.

Ask a question about your program

“How many registrations did we have last month?”
“Which campaigns are currently running?”
“Which vouchers expire this month?”

Every answer comes with a View in Loyalty Cloud button, so you can check the record behind it and carry on from there.

From a sentence to a segment

Describe the audience you want and the Assistant writes the conditions. You check them and confirm, and the segment is created and calculated straight away for use whenever you like.
