Jeans Centre knew it was time to upgrade their successful loyalty programme into a fully integrated, omnichannel scheme fit for the digital age. And we’re delighted they felt m—wise was the best loyalty company for the job.

Intimate and engaging

Because the iOS and Android compatible app is fully integrated, you never miss out as you always have your mobile on you. The virtual card can be scanned at the point of sale to fully replace the plastic card. You can view your points and status in real-time, including outstanding and redeemed vouchers. We’ve also enabled personalised mobile push messaging and other content. This lets Jeans Centre achieve real customer intimacy and on-going engagement with each individual user.

More for the customer

Customers can use the app to shop when and where they want, view all their online and offline transactions and, with the app’s scanner, scan an article in a physical store and instantly order it in their size. There’s also scope for those extras that will help distinguish Jeans Centre from the competition like the interactive Jeans Advisor that lets you find your perfect jeans. Of course there is also a little surprise when you first download the app…
