AkzoNobel will be using the m—wise solution m—point to launch a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programme for its Decorative Paints division. During 2015, 45 markets will be capturing data on their own consumer websites and on the Visualizer App. This data is stored in Datamart, which will create a 360° overview and trigger a personalised 1:1 dialogue with the consumer via email and SMS.
