Client Success Manager

We make loyalty engaging. m–wise is a data-driven company specialising in customer loyalty. Our innovative loyalty software, m–wise Loyalty Cloud, helps global brands build lasting loyalty across every channel. We also offer a wide range of services to help our clients deliver next-gen loyalty experiences for their customers.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team of passionate problem-solvers, continually innovating to take loyalty to the next level across all industries.

What you'll do

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be working with our clients on all aspects of loyalty marketing. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, creative concepts, and highly personalised cross-channel customer journeys.

You’ll be responsible for the management and implementation of loyalty programs and/or marketing campaigns, as well as having an important commercial and project management role in relationship management.

Your goal is to create happy and satisfied customers, and you’ll do that by developing strong expertise in customer loyalty, as well as account and project management.

Requirements

  • HBO or university degree
  • A customer-first mindset: always striving to go above and beyond to make clients happy
  • Strong listening skills: ability to understand client needs, and offer relevant services
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Self-starter attitude with leadership qualities
  • Basic understanding of IT – technology is a big part of our workplace culture
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to be a convincing sparring partner for clients
  • Project management skills and accuracy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to establish and maintain business contacts
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
