Your role

Look, you know the drill by now (well you should) so let’s not beat around the bush. Most account management is about profitability, growth and client satisfaction/retention. Working at m―wise however, also involves developing relevant, original and impactful marketing ideas and solutions that span the entire loyalty-spectrum, including mobile and digital marketing. We’re talking program strategy & design, loyalty platform & systems, marketing technology, contact strategy, analytics & insights, campaign management and more. Meanwhile, clients and prospects love you as you manage their expectations and (re)negotiate budgets.


  • Familiarity with an agency approach and experience as an account manager;
  • The drive to gain expert knowledge of clients and their competitors;
  • That secret sauce that sweeps clients off their feet at presentations and makes them enjoy saying ‘yes’;
  • A love for results-focused, data driven environments in which you develop the ultimate user experience;
  • A sixth sense to anticipate customer’s needs and the skill to prepare adequate follow-ups;
  • The in it to win it mentality that exceeds being told what to do, but means using your knowledge, skills and creativity to bring our services and the client to the next level;
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to blend into an international team environment.
