Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Your role

In CRM, communication is key. That’s why you, as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, know exactly how to level with clients and prospects. Your familiarity with the overall Salesforce package down to the nitty-gritty adds weight to your contribution in pre-sales meetings and in business and technical meetings with clients.

At the office, you happily join forces with our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architects and Digital Marketing specialists, ensuring clients maximally benefit from their marketing automation environment. But you truly shine when your development of relevant and effective omni-channel customer journeys leads to successful implementation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. In other words: when it comes to Salesforce, you know exactly what you’re doing — and you do it well.

Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certificate (obviously);
  • 3+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation experience;
  • Hands-on experience developing omni-channel customer journeys, including in a B2C environment;
  • Street smarts regarding email, mobile, social media and online advertising;
  • Familiarity with usage of predictive analytics;
  • A yearning to know the latest of the latest in digital marketing and mobile loyalty;
  • That secret sauce that sweeps clients off their feet and makes them enjoy saying YES;
  • Thirst for gathering and sharing knowledge, a talent for facilitating;
  • Affinity with results-focused, data-driven environments (such as ours!);
  • Strong technical background and analytical, problem-solving skills;
  • In-it-to-win-it mentality that elevates our services and clients to the next level;
  • Excellent English communication skills that help you flourish in a thriving international environment.
